Casual cook. Ordered the basic chef knife. Is way more sharp than one's I can get from a box store also way better than the ones that came with a block years ago. I also ordered one as a gift and misstyped the address, contacted support and got a very quick personalized response as well as they were able to correc the address before shipping.
