Lightweight with a good grip. I like when a knife is not overly heavy or too lightweight that it feels cheap. I’ve been using the classic chef’s set primarily for meat cuts, fruits and veggies and the weight of them as I use them is perfect, not too heavy not too light. It is incredible how smooth they cut through anything and how beautiful they are to look at. Their shape and length is just right, even for my small hands and the design on them is also beautiful.

Great value on these knives! Love the quality and weight, and the blades are very sharp. This is my second purchase and would recommend to anyone if you are looking to upgrade your knife game and get serious about meal prep.

Such a great service so far. I'm very satisfied with the balance of the knives and the handles have a comfortable grip. My order also arrived quickly and just as advertised. I have yet to try the stone I ordered but I'm pleased with it's size.
